Chintsubu?
Chinko No Tsubuyaki is the story of four high school students. They were on a class field trip and had an accident on the bus in front of a shrine. One of them, Toribe was the one who had more injuries and ended in a comma on a hospital. He was in love with Ayase, one of his classmates. He was decided not to die until he declared his love to Ayase, this provoked his soul to be transfered into Ayase's penis. At the same time other of their classmates had exchaged their penises too, Iwabuchi and Kamiya.

The story is basically the adventures of these four boys while they try to brake the spell of the chinko shrine. Chinko no Tsubuyaki means the murmur of the penis, yeah, that's an odd name. Anyway, Yamato Nase sensei decided to make a contraction naming it Chintsubu because the other one looked kind of... uhh.. you know.. weird.
